1. RAFTING Enjoy the class II+ rapids for 8km at River Cauvery; 120 km away from Bangalore lies Bhimeshwari. Rapid= Class II+; Distance= 8km; Time- 1.5hrs; cost: Rs 499+ taxes. NOTE: Bookings are compulsory no walkin bookings, no last minute rushes. (Last date: 15 Sep 05) Date: 17, 18 Sep 05.

2. ROCK CLIMBING. He/she above 8yrs to 50yrs, interested to experience the basic techniques of Rock climbing activites and learn it by experts in a day. Date: 18 Sep 05. 3.TREKKING, CAMPING, RAFTING @ BHIMESHWARI. Enjoy Rafting, Camping, trekking @ cauvery wildlife sanctuary, spend your weekend with new friends from 8yrs to 60yrs.. stay in tents, learn to walk in the forest. Date: 17, 18 Sep 05. 4.BACKPACKING- KEMMENAGUNDI. 250km away from here, lies in Chikkamagalur district; Nestled in Bhadra wildlife sanctuary at the height of 5,300ftht. Also known as K.R.Hill station, trek along the coffee estates, enjoy the shade of Silver oak, taste the pepper creepers and visit "Hebbe Falls"; "Kalhatti Falls". Date: 17, 18 Sep 05.
